This policy explains how Pasco Al Madina Building Materials Trading L.L.C. and its related brands (Pasco BIF and other Pasco brands in the United Arab Emirates) ("we", "us") handle personal data on this website and in our internal social media publishing tool, Pasco Postiz ("the app"). Website visitors and customers

When you contact us, request a quote or place an order, we collect the details you give us (such as name, phone number, email and delivery address) and use them only to answer you, deliver your order and keep our business records. We use basic analytics cookies to understand how the website is used.

Pasco Postiz (social media publishing app)

Pasco Postiz is used only by our authorised staff to prepare, schedule and publish posts to our own company accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, TikTok and X. It is not offered to the public.

When a company account is connected, the app receives an access token and basic profile information of that account (name, username, profile picture, account ID). It uses them only to publish the posts and videos our staff prepare and to read basic statistics of those posts.

Google and YouTube data

The app uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be removed at any time in Google security settings.

How data is stored and shared

Data is stored on our own systems, protected by HTTPS and restricted access. We do not sell or rent personal data, do not use data from connected accounts for advertising, and share it only when needed to deliver our services or when required by law.

Your choices and deleting data

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data by emailing pasco.almadina@gmail.com. Disconnecting an account in the app deletes its token, and access can also be revoked in each platform's own settings. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.
