Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Outdoor Sales Representative to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for driving the sales of our high-quality interlocking and curbstone products, and for building strong relationships with clients in the construction sector. Success in this role means achieving sales targets and expanding our customer base, thereby directly contributing to the company's growth and strengthening its market position.
Responsibilities:
Identify and effectively communicate with potential clients, including contracting companies, engineering consultants, and real estate developers in Abu Dhabi.
Build, develop, and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Present and demonstrate the company's interlocking and curbstone products to clients, explaining their technical specifications and competitive advantages.
Prepare and submit quotations and contracts to clients, and follow up to close the sale.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the sales management.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regular reports to management.
Effectively use social media and a personal computer to promote products and communicate with clients.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in building materials sales, especially in interlocking and curbstones, is preferred.
Languages: Fluency in at least two languages is required; Arabic or English is preferred to be one of them.
License: Must hold a valid UAE driver's license.
Residency: A valid residence visa for at least two months (for the probationary period) is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in PC software (Microsoft Office) and social media platforms.
Personal Skills:
Excellent verbal communication, negotiation skills, and eloquence.
Ability to learn quickly and understand the technical details of the products.
Quick-witted with effective problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and achieve set goals.
